According to N-S equations of hydromechanics and mechanics, the interface coupling equations on eccentric annular pipe flow are put forward, and a system of partial differential equations is obtained. By numerical computation, the flowing laws on eccentric annular pipe flow are obtained. In this article, the author gives the establishment process of mathematical model of eccentric annular pipe flow and computational case.
