The Actual Application of Ultrasonic Inspection Technology in Cangzhou Tianjin Oil Pipeline

  • How to obtain a high accuracy in the pipeline inspection with ultrasonic wave technique for the thin wall pipe is a problem to be solved. In the light of this problem, take the inspection of Cangzhou-Tianjin Oil Pipeline as an example, this paper introduces the selection principle of ultrasonic wave inspector and probe, preparation before inspection and waveform recognition, puts forward requirements on laboratory experiment and site inspection about this technique.
