The Design of PLC in Automatic Soot Blowing and Removing System for 4650 kW Heat Medium Heater

The application of automatic soot blowing and removing system in 4650 kW heat medium heater is introduced in this article. Take OMRON CPM2A as a main controller and combining with the controllers of soot blowing and removing system of heat medium heater, the automatic controlling process in soot blowing and removing are realized, which both decreases the operation cost and increases the production efficiency.
