The Process Design for Kelamaye-Urumchi Initial Station of Products Pipeline

Kelamayi-Urumchi Products Pipeline, 287 km in total length, 273 mm in diameter, 90×10⁴ t/a in capacity and 6.0 MPa, transports ^#70 and ^#90‘ gasoline, ^#0 and ^#-10 diesel. The authors analyze the process flow of the pipeline with batch transportation method, study the running combination ways of pump sets, the design of station pipeline network, products switchover and pressure adjustment, summarize the key point of batch transportation process, which will provide to other products pipelines for reference.
