The Application of Fuzzy Control System in Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline

Abstract
Take the initial station pump controlling system in Korla-Shanshan Oil Pipeline as an example, the control principle, design scenario and actual operation of oil pump are analyzed. It is pointed out that for the pump controlling system with single input and multi-output, the fuzzy controlling is better than traditional PID controlling. The application of this fuzzy controlling system in Korla initial station shows that this system is characterized by a high stability, which realizes the optimal controlling to the adjustment of flow rate, inlet pressure and outlet pressure for the oil pump system. This system can be used in the controlling system with complicated nonlinearity, time variety and uncertainty.
