The Necessity to Decrease Using Hot-bending Bend in Long Distance Pipeline

Based on the design characteristics of long distance pipeline and combining the manufacturing difficulties of big-diameter hot-bending bend, the author describes some methods of decreasing using hot-bending bend. It is pointed out that decreasing using hot-bending bend must meet the needs of pipeline routing requirements, but the quality standards of pipeline and burial depth of pipeline should be assured. For the crossing or overhead crossing pipelines, the installation must be done according to design diagrams.
