Management on Design and Construction of Electricity Earthing Device

The electricity earthing device belongs to a shelter engineering, the key chains in design, construction and acceptance must be in accordance with relevant standards and codes. In this paper, the imperfect quality in construction of the electricity earthing devices is analyzed. The authors consider that to assure the construction quality of the device, on the one hand, the calculation on the future short-circuit current should be based on a scientific and rigorous way; on the other hand, the construction's supervision, quality control, project acceptance and inspection to the device should be well carried out, which can fundamentally prevent any accident from taking place.
