The Measurement Method of Current-cut-off Potential and Resistivity of Coating Surface
On the basis of given measurement methods of coating resistivity and pipe/soil potential, the author inferably calculates the coating resistivity. For the method to measure the coating surface resistivity with the current-cut-off method, the author puts forward his own concept and suggests that the pipe/soil potential should be measured with 10 MΩ digital meter.
