Abstract
Based on the technique practice and take the inlet temperature of oil as a state variable, the object function and constraint for oil pipeline with tight line transport process are outlined under the stability condition at given discharge rate. The optimization analysis is performed by the nonlinear programming method. The economic operation scheme is obtained by means of detail station-by-station numerical calculation according to the transportation requirements. The analysis and calculation results show that the optimization scenario can be used for some 902-km-long oil pipeline with 19 pumping stations. With this operation scenario, the operating way of pumps and heaters, heating temperatures and outlet pressures for each pumping station can be directly obtained, also including the optimal operation scenario with economic indexes, which can provide to other oil pipeline to reference.
