The Energy Saving Analysis on the Multi-purpose Station Operated with New Process Flow

The technical reform of crude oil process flow on Wensan Multi-purpose Station is taken. In the new process flow, the surge tank and dehydration pump are dismissed, the electric dehydration is changed to natural settling dehydration. The operating parameters between the old and new process flow are compared. The results show that the energy consumption is greatly cut down with the new process flow.
