The Design and Application of A Computer-based Leak Detection and Location System for Oil Pipelines

A computer real-time leak detection and location system for oil pipelines have been developed. A survey on approaches of leak detection and location is presented and the design, function and test results of the leak detection and location system for oil pipelines are introduced in more details as well in this paper.
