The Feasibility Analysis on Cut-down the Consumption of Oil and Electricity for Pumping Station

Take Xinmiao and Muyang pumping station in Daqing-Tieling oil pipeline as an example, a feasibility analysis has been carried out on cut-down total cost of oil and electricity consumption on the basis of inlet temperature decrement under a certain throughput. The calculation results display that the method on inlet temperature decrement is feasible to decrease throttle loss and transportation cost on the precondition of pipeline operation at low throughput.
