The SRA has six components, that is limited stare determination, failure mode identification, limited state function determination. uncertainty analysis. reliability evaluation and consequence evaluation. The article consisders that with SRA, the manager or operator of pipeline can predominate pipeline condition and know danger section in advance, so, allotting limited maintenance capitals effectively and improving pipelines safety.
