Measurement and Analysis on Operating State of Heat Medium Heaters in the Northeast Oil Pipeline Network

The on-line investigation and measurement on operating state of heat medium heaters in the northeast oil pipeline network have been made. The problems existing in heat efficiency, load rate, excess air ratio and flue gas discharge temperature of heat medium heaters have been analyzed. Based on the analytic results, the corresponding suggestions in enhancing the automatic control technology of the heaters, reasonably utilizing the load and controlling the heater rear's corrosion are put forward, and the concept on improving the technological management of heat medium heaters are given.
