Tubular Goods Selection for Urban Gas Pipeline Network

In urban gas, substituting coal gas with natural gas will be a developing trend. In the light of problems existed during substitution in gas distribution pipe network, a comparable analysis on the technological indexes of common tubular goods, such as cast iron pipe, PE pipe and ERW pipe, has been made from their safety, adaptability and economy. It is pointed out that ERW pipe is optimum candidate in urban gas pipe network.
