Corroded Pipeline Section Replacement in Tieling-Fushun Oil Pipeline

A 1 300 m long pipeline (a part of Tieling-Fushun oil pipeline) laid in Hunhe River tunnel seriously corroded. So, the replacement decision has to be made. Because of the difficulty in replacement job, a design scheme on stringing has been drawn out. In the paper, the pipeline replacement procedure in old pipe removal, pipe stringing, welding and corrosion control are introduced.
