Construction Progress Control of Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline

Applying the control theory of project, combined with the experience in pipeline construction, construction/management mode for Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou gas transmission pipeline has been established. A total analysis on materials procurement.shipment, field allocation, statistics/analysis of construction progress data, prediction and implement of schedule has been conducted. The authors consider that the control object of project schedule can be realized in the precondition of fulfilling month-schedule in allocating resources on a timely and reasonable basis.
