The Application of Diluted Oil Transportation Process in Dongying-Linyi Oil Pipeline

To increase the oil throughput of Dongying-Linyi oil pipelines dilution test on Shengli oil and Oman oil (Oman oil taken as a diluent) at different formulations has been carried out to find out appropriate diluting rates, and the important test results have been obtained from the operating pipeline. Meanwhile, a good result from the test on transportation at ordinary temperature and restart after shutdown has also been gained. With the test data, this pipeline can be operated at ordinary and intermittent delivery.
