Necessity to Change the Oil Flow Direction of Dongying—Huangdao Parrallele Pipeline and Increase Huangdao's Throughput

To resolve oil's supply and demand contradiction in Northern China, the program in oil flow direction change for Dongying—Huangdao oil pipeline and Huangdao throughput increment has been worked out and implemented based on the batch transportation of imported oil. The necessity to implement the program is expounded in the field of process, calculation and equipment. Some technical suggestions are put forward.
