An Experimental Study of Two-phase Flow Pattern Transitions of Oil and Gas in Horizontal Pipe

In this paper, an investigtion was studied experimentally in horizontal pipe of oil and gas two phase flow. General analysis were presented on the factors of flow pattern transitions. According to experimental results, new criterion number was introduced and new transition correlations were obtained by dimension analysis. The present results have better generality comparing with predecessor's results.
