Discussion on Fire and Explosion Control for Petroluem Tank

For the operation of oil tank, although the relevent safety and technical conditions (codes and/or standards) are being perfected, some unsafe factors, like tank earthing device and tank accessaries (breathing valve/hydraulic safety valve, flame arrester) exist. In the light of these problems, discussion and analysis on how to prevent oil tank from fire and explosion have been conducted and some countermeasures against fire and explosion of oil tank are presented.
