Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Rehabilitation Technology with Premoulding Hose Lining

  • Hose lining repair technology is one of the pipeline internal rehabilitation technologies. In this technology the pre-moulding comppsite hoses are used after it is immersed with resin. The compressed air, used as driving power, pushes the hose to turn over along the pipeline internal walls, then the pipe-in-pipe is formed along the internal walls with properties of anti-corrosion and high-strength after it is cured by heating. This technology has been successfully applied in φ219×7 mm oil pipelines in the oil producing factory of Shengli oilfield.
