Development and Modifying Evaluation of Pour Point Depressant for Donglin Pipelining Crude Oil

Donglin pipeling crude oil is high wax and asphaltene contents oil, which is known to have a bad chemical adaptability for many pour point depressants. Therefore, two kinds of chemicals that specially has obvious effects for high wax and asphaltene contents of Donglin pipelining crude oil have been developed and e-valuated, and meantime, a chemical having a good modifying effect for Donglin pipelining crude oil has been duplicated and their optimal proportion has been determined. The influence of different treated temperatures on this pour point depressant and the static stability of modified crude oil treated with it have been investigated. The experimental results have shown that the optimal treated temperature of Donglin pipelining crude oil treated with this pour point depressant is 60 ℃, and the modified crude oil has an excellent static stability.
