Preliminary Model of Rapid Decompression Process in LPG Tank
A preliminary model of rapid decompression process when a crack suddenly opens in the vapor region is build. The conclusion is that the pressure may rise steeply after decompression is drawn. The influnces of initial temperature (pressure), filling level, heat flux and crack area on the process are analyzed.
