The Optimal Design of Gas Pipeline with Branches

  • The optimization of gas pipeline system design is to seek the optimal combination of main parameters like pipe diameter, wall thickness, pressure, number of compressor station so as to make the system capable and reasonable.Considering branches, the optimal parameters will be changed.To solve the problem, the final value is introduced as the economical index according to techno-economic rationale and a optimal math-ematic model has been established.The calculation method is proved feasible in design.
