  • A process analyisis on the oil transportation at ultra low throughput for original Dongying——Huang-dao pipeline are made after a field test on the flow improver and a computation on the minimum start-up throughput have been done. It is pointed out that the safe operation at ultra low throughput for the original line can realize by means of injecting flow improver.
