In the article, the authors introduce a new type of gas turbine flowmeter, which has a wide range and low flowrate, discuss an peculiar idea of vane design, and discribe the methods about resistant signal detector and non-linear characteristics correlation. Some experimental data in laboratories and industrial sites are also given in the paper.
