管道不停输开孔作业中鞍形板探测打捞技术

  • 摘要: 针对管道不停输带压开孔时,鞍形板变形或设备操作失误可能导致鞍形板坠落管道的问题,进行了鞍形板探测打捞技术研究。准确探测鞍形板的位置是实现成功打捞鞍形板的关键环节,研究确定将打捞分成“探测”和“打捞”两步进行。经方案比选,确定采用“可视探测+磁铁吸附法”打捞方案。设计的管道高压可视化探测装置,可准确地确定鞍形板偏移的距离和方位。由磁铁和能灵活调节磁铁空间位置的连杆机构组成的打捞装置,可顺利地打捞出鞍形板。经大量试验验证,该技术适用于打捞管道内鞍形板偏移距离不超过其直径1/3的鞍形板,其成功应用于西气东输定远压气站探测打捞工程,避免了管道放空打捞鞍形板造成的巨大经济损失。

     

    Abstract: The deformation of saddle-shaped plate or equipment fault will result in the submerging of saddle-shaped plate in pipeline in stoppling operation of pipeline. Therefore, a technical research on the detection/salvage method for the saddle-shaped plate was carried out. The salvage plan was composed of two steps in detection and salvage by means of detecting the locating the plate precisely. By comparison, the "visible detection+magnetizing" method was finalized. The high-pressure visible detection apparatus designed could accurately locate the distance and position of the plate shifted. The magnetic block was flexible enough to drag the plate out of the pipe. By a wide experimental study, the technique was appropriate for getting the plate with shifting length less than 1/3 pipe diameter. The technique was successfully applied in Dingyuan Gas Compressor Station, Westto-East Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline, saving the costs in pipe blowing-down for the salvage of saddle-shaped plate.
