国内外管道外防腐层应用现状与发展趋势

Application status and development trend of domestic and oversea pipe coatings

  • 摘要: 3LPE防腐涂层在国际管道涂层市场竞争中占据绝对优势,但其作为管道外防腐涂层有最小厚度要求,因而应用成本较高,同时,其补口失效问题也影响了管道的安全运行。陶氏化学公司(DowChemical)采用特殊的聚乙烯层和聚合树脂粘结剂开发出新型3LPE涂层材料,可有效防止目前3LPE防腐层易出现的PE层粘结失效;加拿大Brederoshaw公司开发的新型高效复合防腐层系统(HPCC),采用三层全粉末静电喷涂技术,使涂层系统不存在明显的分层界面。同时,国内外陆续开发了一些新型补口材料,如粘弹体防腐材料、聚合物网络涂层和液态聚氨酯涂层,可一定程度改善3LPE防腐层的补口质量。

     

    Abstract: 3LPE coating stands top on the international market. However, as the external coating of pipe, it has minimum thickness requirement, which results in higher costs. In the meantime, the field joint failure brings safe issues to the operation of pipeline. DowChemical uses special polyethylene and polymer adhesive to develop a new type 3LPE coating. It can effectively avoid the adhesive failure problem existed in current 3LPE coating. Canadian Brederoshaw has developed a new type high performance composited coating (HPCC) with 3-layer powder static spraying technique, which eliminates the obvious lamination in the whole coating system. Also, in the field coating for welded joint, a couple of new type coatings materials such as Maxwell anticorrosion material, polymer mesh coating and liquid polyurethane coating have been developed, which are effective to improve the quality in the field coating for welded joint of 3LPE coating to some extent.
