Technology of air source heating pump and feasibility of its application in Jiangsu Oilfield

  • 摘要: 介绍了空气源热泵机组的工作原理、主要设备、安装要求及技术优势。针对江苏油田的地理环境和气候特点,阐述了空气源热泵技术在生产节能方面显示出的水量充足、适用范围广、全天24 h恒定供热、安全环保、水电完全分离、智能化霜、使用寿命长、维护费用低等优点,提出了在江苏油田推广应用该技术进行供热系统改造的可能性。结合空气源热泵供热技术的油田应用案例,分析了其在应用中存在的问题,提出了解决措施。

     

    Abstract: The work principle, primary units, installation requirement, technical advantage and application scope of the air source heating pump units system are presented. According to the geographical environment and climate characteristics of Jiangsu Oilfield, the advantages of air source heating pump technology in the field of energy-conserving in production are analyzed such as plenty of water, wide application scope, stable heating all day, security and environment protection, complete separation of water and electricity, intelligentized frost function, long life performance, and low maintenance cost. The feasibility of popularization and application of the technology that is used to alter the heating system in the Jiangsu Oilfield is demonstrated. Combined with the application of the air source heating pump technology, the problems existed are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are presented.
