塔哈混合原油降凝效果不佳的原因

Reason analysis of poor pour point depression effect for Kazakhstan and Tarim Mixing Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 对哈萨克斯坦(哈国)原油和哈国与塔里木混合原油进行物性分析,结果表明:哈国与塔里木混合原油的蜡含量相对较低、胶沥含量相对较高,哈国与塔里木混合原油比哈国原油反常点低10 ℃以上。根据鄯善首站的现场测量结果,降凝剂对哈国与塔里木混合原油的降凝效果不佳,而改进型降凝剂对哈国与塔里木混合原油的降凝效果明显。沿线的监测结果表明:改进型降凝剂对哈国与塔里木混合原油具有一定的降凝效果,尤其在玉门站二次加剂以后,张掖站、西靖站进站原油凝点维持在-2~0 ℃。针对原油管道输油方案和取样器具的设计等提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Physical property of Kazakhstan Crude Oil and Kazakhstan and Tarim Mixing Crude Oil is analyzed. The result shows that the content of wax in the mixing crude oil is low and its gel and asphalt are high. The anormal point of Kazakhstan Crude oil and Tarim Mixing Crude Oil is 10 ℃ lower than that of Kazakhstan Crude oil. According to analysis data from Shanshan Initial Station, PPD improver exhibits a poor effect on Kazakhstan and Tarim Mixing Crude Oil. The data from other stations show that the modified PPD improver exhibits a certain effect on the mixing crude oil. Especially, the pour point of the crude oil from Zhangye and Xijing Station maintains at -2~0 ℃ when the modified PPD improver was injected at Yumen Station. Advice about crude oil transport technique and sampler design is given based above research.
