管道穿越江底隧道安全风险识别与施工管理

Safety risk identification and construction management of pipeline crossing in river tunnel

  • 摘要: 某管道穿越江底隧道工程,具有双管同时敷设、江底隧道两侧为斜坡式、隧道底板湿滑、隧道中多处冒水等特点。对江底隧道穿越过程中管道管径大、吨位大、施工作业面狭窄、两斜向地面坡度大、隧道内通风不良、照明困难等安全风险因素进行识别,分别提出相应的解决措施。明确了管道安装进入江底隧道受限空间过程应采取的安全技术交底、临时安全用电、隧道内吊装作业、实施应急演练等监督管理要点。

     

    Abstract: Double-pipe laying for a pipeline crossing in river tunnel was carried out. The two sides of the river tunnel were slope with wet tunnel floor and water emitting. Safety risk factors were identified such as large diameter, large tonnage, limit work space, big slope of both sides ground, poor ventilating in tunnel and poor lighting. Corresponding countermeasures were worked out. Supervising and management key points for pipeline construction in the limit space of river tunnel were clarified as follows: technical safety disclosure, temporary electricity supply, tunnel lifting operation, emergency drilling, etc.
