Treating method of heavy fractions in the bottom of crude oil tank

  • 摘要: 原油储罐罐底重质组分主要为凝油和蜡,溶于温度高于50 ℃的热油,与原油按一定比例掺混后可外输。采用热油溶解冲洗自循环法处理罐底凝油,热冲洗过程在密闭系统内进行,油品损耗小,减少了环境污染。通过定期检测、清洗,延长了机械或人工清罐周期,降低了运行风险,经济和社会效益显著。

     

    Abstract: Heavy components of dead oil in tank are mainly gelled oil and wax, which can be blended with crude oil and transported after melting with hot oil above 50 ℃. Based on the property of heavy components of dead oil, the gelled oil can be cleaned by dissolving and flushing with hot oil. The flushing process should be conducted on the tightness basis with low oil loss and light pollution. Moreover, by this method, regular inspection and cleaning can elongate the manual or mechanical cleaning period to bring down the running risk.
