管道压缩机组视情维护及其发展策略

Current situation and development strategy of condition-based maintenance of pipeline compressor sets

  • 摘要: 视情维修是一种根据实时状态监测与定期检测结果,通过故障诊断专家系统来确定设备是否需要修理的维修策略。介绍了压缩机组振动监测技术的发展现状,对比分析了中国石油长输天然气管道压缩机组在线监测系统的功能。提出了压缩机组视情维修的发展策略:借鉴航空发动机视情维护技术,对不同的设备开展针对性研究,以准确评估机组的技术状况,建立统一的“压缩机组远程监测与故障诊断中心”,为视情维修提供可靠依据。

     

    Abstract: Condition-based maintenance is a kind of maintenance strategy that can determine equipment maintenance by fault diagnosis expert system based on the results of real-time state-monitor and periodic detection. The present situation of compressor sets vibration monitoring technology is introduced. And functions of different online monitoring systems of PetroChina's longdistance gas pipeline compressor sets are analyzed. Then, the development strategy of condition-based maintenance of compressor sets is proposed. Using condition-based maintenance technology of aero-engine for reference, special research on different equipments can be carried out to evaluate the technical state of compressor sets accurately. And unified remote monitoring and fault diagnosis center for compressor sets can be established to provide reliable evidence to condition-based maintenance.
