基于CFD的液态烃罐区泄漏爆炸事故后果模拟

  • 摘要: 针对液态烃罐区的危险特性,利用CFD技术对某液态烃储罐区液态烃泄漏、爆炸事故后果进行模拟分析,建立了一套从泄漏到扩散再到爆炸的事故后果分析方法,并在某球罐区进行了实际应用。结果表明:该方法能考虑到爆炸后空间各个部位超压的变化趋势与规律,能够弥补传统方法不能进行近场超压预测的不足,并能够对爆炸冲击波进行实时三维展示与预测,更加直观可靠,适用于具有密集管道与复杂设备的液态烃罐区事故后果分析评估。

     

    Abstract: According to the risk characteristics of liquid hydrocarbon tankfarms, CFD technology (Computational Fluid Dynamics) was used for consequence simulation analysis of liquid hydrocarbon tank leakage and explosion. A method to analyze an accident consequence from leakage, diffusion to explosion was established and applied on a real spherical tankfarm. Results indicated that this method allowed for the developing trend and law of overpressure at each location of the space after explosion, and offset the traditional methods in the prediction of near-field overpressure, and realized the display of 3-dimension explosive blast in real time, which is more intuitive and reliable than the traditional methods and more suitable for liquid hydrocarbon tankfarms.
