  • 摘要: 加拿大Enbridge公司全压力保护系统的防超压保护功能依靠管道SCADA系统的全压力自动调节模块(TPC,Total Pressure Control Module)实现。该系统包括各种形式的管道压力保护逻辑,分为站场级和管道级两个层次,针对管道全线压力可能的超限情况进行保护。站场级保护动作由站控PLC执行,并在系统操作员工作站显示相应的报警信号;管道级保护则通过PROCYS系统监视管道沿线所有压力点,并根据需要采取一系列站场响应,实现其对管道的保护功能,包括动态调整最大出站压力限值保护、通信中断时全线压力保护、管道关断保护和全线停车保护。针对该系统的重要保护项与国内压力保护系统进行对比,提出国内输油管道安全保护系统设计和改进的方向与建议。

     

    Abstract: The implementation of overpressure prevention function of Enbridge Inc. total pressure protection system relies on the total pressure contro (l TPC) module of pipeline SCADA system. The system is specialized to protect possible overpressure problems. It has various types of pipeline pressure protection logics which are classified into two levels, i.e. pump station level and pipeline level. The former is executed by station controlled PLC. In the meantime, the alarm is monitored by the operator working at progressive control systems (PROCYS) working station. The latter monitors the pressure point along the pipeline by PROCYS. A series of commands will be dispatched if the pipeline is needed to protect, including dynamically adjusting the maximum outlet pipeline pressure threshold, total length pressure protection when power is shut down, pipeline shutdown protection and the whole pipeline shutdown protection. By comparing the main protection functions and the domestic pressure protection system, the paper puts forward the direction and suggestion for the system design of domestic pipeline pressure protection system.
