枣庄输油站的热负荷问题

Research of heat load problems of Zaozhuang Oil Pump Station

  • 摘要: 针对枣庄输油站的热负荷问题,对热媒炉尾部烟气、导热油比热容、燃料油、热媒炉热效率等进行现场测试,并根据SY/T6275-2007《油田生产系统节能监测规范》对热媒炉热效率进行评价。结果表明:导热油实际载热能力比设计能力下降22%,因此导致排烟温度上升,热效率下降。提出更换导热油、清理炉管受热面积灰、加强炉体外表面保温等措施,以提高拔头炉的热效率。

     

    Abstract: In terms of heat load problems of Zaozhuang Oil Pump Station, site testing for flue gas of heat medium heater, specific heat capacity of heat transfer oil, fuel oil and thermal efficiency of heat medium heater were carried out. The thermal efficiency of heat medium heater was evaluated according to SY/T6275-2007 《Energy Saving Monitoring Criterion for Oil Production System》. The results indicated the actual heat-carrying capacity of heat transfer oil had a decrease of 22% to the designed capacity, which led to the increase of exhaust gas temperature and the decrease of thermal efficiency. Replacing heat transfer oil, clearing the soot of heating surface of heater tube, and enhancing the heat insulation of exterior surface of heater body were proposed to improve the thermal efficiency of topping heater.
