Technique application of laying in one ditch for fiber cable and oil or gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 光缆与油气管道同沟敷设施工方法可以充分发挥并利用油气管道的路由资源和站场资源,将光纤通信引入到管道通信中,从而满足油气管道生产运行的高可靠性和宽带应用的通信需求。描述了光缆在管沟中的位置,设计图纸与施工步骤,硅芯管保护等技术问题;结合鄯善-乌鲁木齐输气管道、西气东输管道、陕京二线输气管道、兰州-郑州-长沙成品油管道、西气东输二线管道等工程的应用实践,对光缆与输油气管道同沟敷设施工方法和改进措施进行了总结,指出了目前存在的施工管理、组织及施工责任方面的问题。

     

    Abstract: Routing and station resources of oil & gas pipelines can be fully utilized by means of the technique of laying in one ditch for fiber cable and oil or gas pipeline. Introduction of fiber communication into pipeline communication can effectively meet the requirements of high reliability and broad band application during operation of oil or gas pipeline. The technical problems like the position of fiber cable in ditch, designation of drawing, construction steps and protection of silicon core pipe are analyzed, and the construction methods and improvement measures of laying in one ditch for fiber cable and oil or gas pipeline are summarized based on the cases in Shanshan-Urumchi Gas Transmission Pipeline, No. Ι West-to-East Gas Pipeline, No. Ⅱ Shannxi-Beijing Gas Pipeline, Lanzhou-Zhengzhou-Changsha Products Oil Pipeline, and No. Ⅱ West-to-East Gas Pipeline. It is pointed out that the current problems in this technique substantively belong to the parties in the construction management, organization and obligation of oil & gas pipelines.
