长吉管道首站储油罐油温下降的原因

Reason analysis on temperature drop of oil tanks in the Initial Station of ChangJi Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 长吉管道首站长春输油站自2006年冬季以来,1号和2号储油罐油温逐年下降。通过对热水流量分配、锅炉出力情况、罐壁保温状况、仪表读数准确性等进行分析,现场检测结果表明:1号储油罐罐内伴热盘管支架坍塌,罐内沉积的胶质油层过厚,伴热盘管被包裹在胶质油层中,致使换热效果恶化;2号储油罐的换热量比值较大,不排除盘管换热性能存在问题。

     

    Abstract: Oil temperature of No.1 and No.2 oil tanks in the Initial Station of ChangJi Oil Ppeline have been dropped year by year since the winter of 2006. Site testing results showed that the brackets of internal heat tracing coils in No.1 oil tank collapsed, dead oil layer deposited in the tank was too thick, and the heat tracing coils were covered by the dead oil layer, which led to the deterioration of heat exchange effectiveness. And the lack of assigned hot water flowrate was the main reason of oil temperature drop for No.2 oil tank. Although a relative large specific heat exchange value per rating tankage was obtained after increasing hot water flowrate, there may still existed problems in heat transfer property of coils.
