成离心泵与管系的共振问题

The resonance of centrifugal pump and pipeline system

  • 摘要: 针对宁波大榭岛燃料油库消防水泵在负荷试车与运行过程中存在噪声高、振动大、轴温高级填料函处冒蒸气和油烟等问题,运用CAESAR Ⅱ软件的动态分析功能对比分析离心泵的固有频率和管道的振动频率。结果表明:由于泵出口设置了软连接伸缩器,使得6台泵出口附近的管系振动频率均与离心泵的固有频率非常接近,导致离心泵与其进出口连接管系产生共振。因此,提出了在设计初始阶段应采取相应措施以避免发生类似问题的建议。

     

    Abstract: For the problems of loud noise, strong vibration and the steaming and smoking from the packing box with high axle temperature during the trial production and running for the fire pump of tankfarm in Ningbo Daxie Island, the natural frequency of centrifugal pump and the vibration frequency of pipelines were comparatively analyzed by using the CAESAR Ⅱ software. The analysis result indicated that the vibration frequency of the pipelines near outlets of the six pumps was much closer to the centrifugal pump's natural frequency because of flexible expansion joints that were installed at outlets of the pumps, which led to the resonance of the centrifugal pumps and the pipelines connected their inlets and outlets. So the suggestion of taking corresponding measures in the initial design stage to avoid the happening of similar problems was put forward.
