Interpolation recovery technique of polyethylene pipe and its application

  • 摘要: 高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管具有良好的化学稳定性和耐腐蚀性能,其内插修复技术可使修复管道获得良好的整体性能,包括提高管道的抗压抗冲击性能,延长使用寿命,同时具有修复成本低、修复速度快、一次性修复距离长和使用范围广等优势。其实施步骤依次为放线定操作点、管子清洗、试穿管、HDPE管焊接与试压、HDPE管缩径穿插、HDPE管连头、管道整体试压和吹扫。2002-2005年,采用管道内插HDPE管技术修复石西油田已腐蚀的集输管道28.5 km,取得了较好的修复效果。

     

    Abstract: High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe possesses sound chemical stability and corrosion resistance. Interpolation recovery technique can make HDPE pipes have overall properties, such as the increase of anti-compression/anti-shock properties and prolongation of service life. Besides, this technique has advantages of low cost, high efficiency, long distance repair for one-time recovery and wide range of application. The sequential operation step is setting out installation point, pipe cleaning, trial pipe interpolation, fusing and hydrotest of HDPE pipe, interpolation of reducing HDPE pipe, tie-in of HDPE pipe, overall hydrotest of pipe and purging. A 28.5 km-long corroded gathering pipeline in Shixi Oilfield were well recovered with HDPE pipe interpolation recovery technique.
