天然气分输站的计量调压设计

Metering and pressure regulating design of gas offtake station

  • 摘要: 基于川气东送管道大口径、高压力、长距离的特点,对分输站计量装置的选型、调压流程方案的确定、流量调节和控制等问题进行了探讨。通过对几种调压流程组合方案的对比分析,确定采取三级调压控制的模式,即安全切断阀和监控调压阀处于全开位置,由工作调节阀对下游压力进行控制,当工作调压阀出现故障时,监控调压阀开始工作,以维持下游压力;当监控调压阀出现故障时,安全切断阀动作,切断气源,同时控制器开启备用回路,以确保下游管道和设备安全。该调节控制模式适用于高压力、大流量、重要用户的供气,具有安全有效、调节性好的特点。

     

    Abstract: In the light of characteristics of Sichuan-to-East Gas Pipeline with large diameter, high pressure and long distance, the type selection of metering device, solution of pressure regulating process and control/adjustment of gas flowrate are discussed in this paper. Based on the analysis and comparison of several combination solutions for pressure regulating process, a 3-level control model for flowrate adjustment is determined.The 3-level control solution is as follows: (1) the control of downstream pressure is governed with work pressure regulating valves if SSV and monitoring pressure regulating valve are in wide-open position; (2) to maintain downstream pressure, monitoring pressure regulating valve will begin to work if work pressure regulating valve is in the case of malfunctioning and (3) the SSV will cut off the gas source if monitoring pressure regulating valve is under malfunctioning, and meanwhile, the controller will start up the backup loop in order to ensure the safety of downstream pipe and equipment. The above solution, being available for the gas supply to important users under high pressure and heavy flowrate, is safe and effective with a sound adjustability.
