Direct assessment technology of pipeline external corrosion

  • 摘要: 外腐蚀直接评价(ECDA)是对管道外腐蚀情况和防腐系统状况进行科学检测和评价的主要方法。其采用成熟的外检测技术对管道进行检测,通过对检测结果进行分析,确定管道维修的优先次序,从而避免维修的盲目性。描述了预评价、间接检测、直接检查和后评价4个步骤的执行过程。基于该方法的优点及国内检测技术与评价方法的发展现状,介绍了国内外ECDA技术的应用概况,指出国内在间接检测方法、数据积累等方面与国外尚存一定差距,同时指出尽快建立适合我国国情并与国际接轨的管道外腐蚀直接评价体系的必要性。

     

    Abstract: External corrosion direct assessment (ECDA) is an important method for inspection and assessment of the degree of external corrosion and status of pipeline anticorrosion system. ECDA adopts the widely applied external inspection technology to determine the maintenance priority of pipeline and refrain from blindfold maintenance. The detailed procedure of ECDA including pre-assessment, indirect inspection, direct examination and post assessment is specified. Based on the advantages of ECDA and the domestic status of inspection technology and assessment methods, the international application status of ECDA is introduced, and the fact indicates that domestic inspection corporations follow behind the foreign inspection corporations in the aspect of indirect inspection method and data accumulation. An ECDA system suitable for the actual condition of China and in line with international practice should be built after learning from the oversea ECDA experiences to explore the inspection method applied for domestic pipelines, accumulate and fully use inspection data with the help of database technology.
