油气回收装置在油库混油处理中的应用

Application of oil contamination recovery unit of tankfarm

  • 摘要: 利用掺混法处理成品油管道分输站混油存在诸多弊端。探讨了利用油库现有油气回收装置中的真空设备,将其改造成减压蒸馏装置同时进行混油处理的可行性。室内实验结果表明:当真空度大于20 kPa、温度为25 ℃时,稳定1 h,柴油的闭口闪点可达50 ℃以上,因而证实了通过负压稳定提留处理的可行性。设计和建立了混油处理中试装置,确定了混油处理的操作参数,中试试验研究结果表明:该装置可以较好地将柴油中的汽油进行分离,能够满足销售柴油的质量的要求和储存稳定性的要求。

     

    Abstract: It is not appropriate to treat with the oil contamination of products for offtake station by blending method. The paper discusses the practicability of modifying the vacuum device of oil recovery unit to a vacuum distillation while performing oil contamination simultaneously. Laboratory observation showed that the diesel flash point reached over 50 ℃ at a vacuum degree of 20 kPa and 25 ℃ with 1 hr of stabilizing time This revealed the viability of distillation by negative regulation. The oil contamination pilot-plant was designed and established. The contamination parameters were determined. The experiment indicated that the plant is able to separate gasoline from diesel. It meets the requirements of diesel quality and storage stability.
