钢制拱顶罐罐顶排水系统的改造

  • 摘要: 钢制拱顶罐的罐壁受来自罐顶含污染物雨水的侵蚀,影响罐壁表面的清洁度,使其表面腐蚀速度加剧,防腐层、保温层寿命和大修周期缩短。此外,雨水还会对罐底板造成腐蚀。基于此,提出修改设计规范并利用油罐大修时机对罐顶排水系统进行改造,实践证明,通过增设罐顶分水沿、挡水沿和专用排水管可以取得良好的排水效果。

     

    Abstract: The shell of steel dome-roof oil tank is often eroded by rain, which affects the surface cleanliness of tank shell and corrodes it to result in shortening service life of coating and insulator and overhaul period, and furthermore corroding the bottom plate of the tank. Therefore, it is necessary to mend the design standards of tank, or rehabilitate the drainage system of tank during overhaul. Experiences show that setting up the flowing passageway, water retaining device and special drainage tube for oil tank can effectively control the rain water's erosion and corrosion.
