Study progress in variable speed pig for natural gas pipeline

  • 摘要: 国外对天然气管道内检测器调速技术的研究和应用较成熟,但国内对清管器速度控制技术的研究甚少。针对天然气管道清管器调速技术和应用研究难点与特点,综述了天然气管道清管器的动力学问题、旁通调速装置的国内外研究现状,分析了调速清管器调速装置的主要结构、原理和旁通阀种类,描述了旁通孔内直动式截断阀、旋转转阀和蝶阀等泄流调速装置的结构特点与工作原理,同时描述了制动机构用于清管器调速的优点与基本原理,讨论了清管器调速的技术难点,指出为实现清管器调速技术的现场应用,需开展机械与控制系统设计以及控制逻辑优化等理论与试验研究。

     

    Abstract: The study and application of variable speed pig are very well developed in international natural gas pipeline inspection. However, the study on the speed regulation is rare in inland. With regard to the difficulties and features of variable speed technique, the paper summarizes the dynamics problems of pig, the current study status of bypass variable speed apparatus at home and abroad. Also, the structure, principle and the classification of bypass valves are analyzed, structure, performance and principle of bypass direct-acting block valve, rotating turn valve and butterfly valve are described. And meanwhile, the advantages and basic principles of brake mechanism of variable speed pig are introduced. The technical difficulty of variable speed pig is discussed. The paper points out that it is highly desired to develop the mechanical and control system design study, the theoretical and experimental study of control logic optimization.
