  • 摘要: 针对塔河油田原油集输管道进联合站弯管段发生开裂的问题,通过观察分析弯管段失效样的宏观形貌、化学组成、力学性能、金相组织、腐蚀产物形貌与成分,确定其开裂原因是:弯管材料的质量低,韧性和硬度不符合标准要求;输送介质中含水(大于60%)、含硫(1.64%),伴生气中含有一定量的H2S,且管道承受一定程度的低应力作用,在管输介质中腐蚀性成分和低应力的联合作用下,管道产生了硫化物应力腐蚀开裂;管输介质中高含量的Cl,加速了管道的应力腐蚀开裂;弯管材料的硬度远高于标准要求,增加了其对应力腐蚀的敏感性。

     

    Abstract: Regarding the bended pipe cracking in inlet gathering pipeline section in complex station of Tahe Oilfield, by analyzing the macro-morphology, chemical composition, mechanical property, metallographic structure, the appearance and composition of corrosion product collected from the failure sample, the cracking reason is determined. Result shows that the low quality pipe material produces unacceptable flexibility and hardness; sulfide stress cracking occurs since the oil transported contains water (>60%), sulfur (1.64%) and H2S; the medium transported contains high content Cl which boosts the stress corrosion cracking; the hardness of the bended pipe material is greatly higher than that of requirements in relative standard, which makes it sensitive to stress corrosion cracking.
