Blockage treatment of floating roof oil tank in Weigang Oil Pumping Station

  • 摘要: 利用魏荆输油管道魏岗输油站油罐大修的机会,消除油罐卡阻隐患,达到油罐安全运行、提高罐容利用率的目的。基于对浮顶偏移量现场测试结果的分析,制定了释放中央排水管内应力、调整导轨位移、上水试验时整治罐壁变形的浮顶卡阻整治方案:将两组中央排水管固定结构由硬连接转变为软连接;调整浮梯与导轨中心的偏移;缩小一次密封压板与托板水平尺寸;罐壁变形部位的冷校正。油罐的卡阻浮顶经过综合整治后,中央排水系统内应力消除,排水管水平位移可达30 mm;浮梯中心水平投影线与导轨中心线重合,浮梯滚轮与导轨无摩擦;油罐上水试验到极限罐位时,浮顶升降无卡阻;提高了罐容利用率,消除了浮顶倾斜、卡阻甚至沉船的隐患。

     

    Abstract: Oil tank overhaul is carried out in Weigang Pumping Station in order to eliminate the floating roof blockage and increase the capacity factor. Based on the result analysis on floating roof offset, blockage treatment program of floating roof is worked out, which involves in releasing the internal stress of central drains, adjusting the offset of slide way and treating the deformation of tank shell by means of water loading testing. The specific treatment procedure is to change the fixed structure of two central drains into a soft connection, adjusting the gap between the floating ladder and the slide way, reducing the level size of upper and lower clamps of primary seal and making a cold calibration on the deformation location in tank shell. Through the overhaul, the goal in eliminating the blockage of oil tank is achieved.
