Design and software development of total technology scheme for hot oil pipeline

  • 摘要: 输油管道总体工艺方案设计是整个输油管道设计工作的核心,方案的选择在很大程度上决定管道建设项目的技术水平和经济性。以“实用性”作为软件开发的着眼点,以系统计算期内总费用现值最小为目标函数,针对热油管道建立了总体工艺方案优化设计的数学模型,并采用多级递阶的方法进行求解。基于建立的优化模型和优化方法,开发了热油管道总体工艺方案设计软件OILINE,该软件具有良好的交互式功能。以西部原油管道鄯善-兰州段为设计实例进行工艺方案设计,与实际工艺方案进行比较,表明该软件可为输油管道工艺设计提供有效帮助。

     

    Abstract: Total technology scheme design is a core work for the design of oil transportation pipeline. Process level and economy of pipeline construction projects are most determined by the choice of different design schemes. Taking the practicability as a starting point for software development and the minimum current total cost in the period of system calculation as an objective function, the mathematical model for optimal technology scheme design is established for hot oil pipeline and solved by multilevel hierarchical method. The software for technology scheme design of heating oil transportation pipelines (OILINE) is developed based on the above optimization model and method. This software has good interactive design function. Taking the Shanshan-Lanzhou Oil Pipeline in West Crude Oil Pipeline as an example, the results compared with actual technology scheme show that the software can provide effective help for the technology design of oil transportation pipeline.
