锚纹特征对管道外防腐环氧涂层附着力的影响

Impact of pattern on the adhesion of pipe external epoxy coating

  • 摘要: 在长输油气管道的防腐作业过程中,管体表面处理质量对管体表面涂层附着力起着非常重要的作用,而锚纹特征是影响管体表面处理质量的重要因素之一。根据GB/T 5210-2006对不同锚纹特征进行环氧涂层附着力的测试,得到了涂层附着力的相关数据。根据实验数据,分别得出了表面粗糙度、锚纹微观不平度间距、锚纹深度和环氧涂层附着力之间的关系。对实验数据进行拟合,得出了不同特征的锚纹与环氧涂层附着力的关系式和图形。通过对实验结果的分析,得到了在进行管体表面除锈处理时使涂层与基体的结合效果最佳的锚纹特征,即基体的表面粗糙度Ra在4~6 μm之间,锚纹深度Rz保持在30~45 μm之间。

     

    Abstract: In the corrosion control of long-distance oil & gas pipeline, the surface preparation quality of pipe has an important impact on the adhesion of coating, while the pattern is one of the most important factors. Based on GB/T 5210-2006, the adhesion testing data for different patterns are obtained. By analyzing the data, the relationship between the pipe surface roughness, microcosmic unevenness gap, pattern depth and the coating's adhesion is acquired. Fitting the data, the curves and formulations between pattern and the adhesion are established. By analyzing the experiment result, the optimum pattern is determined, i.e., the surface roughness Ra is 4~6 μm, the pattern depth Rz remains at 30~45 μm.
